Return Policies

At WulfWear, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that customized items, such as engraved or embroidered items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Wulfwearus@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt until the return is processed. WulfWear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at Wulfwearus@gmail.com. We will make arrangements to have the item replaced at no additional cost to you.
